By using Zuno you agree to these terms. If you are using Zuno for a company, you confirm you can bind that company.
The product
Zuno helps you find people, write and send email from your connected inbox, and book meetings. You are responsible for the content you send and for complying with anti-spam and privacy laws, including CAN-SPAM and any rules that apply to your recipients.
Accounts and trial
You need an account to use the product. New workspaces get a 14-day trial with no card. After that, Pro is $79/month unless you cancel. Extra mailboxes are billed separately. Fees are charged by Stripe and are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
Acceptable use
Do not use Zuno to send unlawful, deceptive, or harassing email, to scrape or store personal data you have no right to use, or to interfere with the service. We may suspend or close accounts that abuse sending limits or harm recipients.
Your data
You own the people, messages, and files you put in Zuno. We need a license to host and process that data so the product can run. Our Privacy page covers how we handle personal information.
Disclaimer
The service is provided as-is. We do not promise deliverability, replies, or meetings. To the extent allowed by law, Zuno is not liable for lost profits or data, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
