Privacy

Zuno (“we”) provides outbound software at zuno.email. This page explains what we collect when you visit the site, create an account, or use the product.

What we collect

  • Account details you give us (name, email) and workspace data you add (people, campaigns, messages, meeting times).
  • Gmail and calendar data from accounts you connect, so we can send, sync replies, and book meetings.
  • Billing details processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers.
  • Usage data (pages, product events, session replays with masked inputs/text, heatmaps, errors) via PostHog and Sentry.
  • Advertising click IDs and conversion events via Google Ads and ChatGPT Ads, so we can measure whether ads led to signup and Gmail connect.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember referral codes, and attribute ad clicks. Analytics and ads cookies help us understand traffic and conversions. You can block cookies in your browser; the product may not stay signed in.

Who we share with

Processors that run the product: Supabase (database and auth), Unipile (inbox connection), Findymail (email finding), Stripe (payments), Google (Gmail, Calendar, Ads, Meet), PostHog (analytics), and Sentry (errors). We do not sell your personal information.

Retention and choices

We keep account and workspace data while your account is active. You can disconnect Gmail, unsubscribe people from campaigns, and email hi@zuno.email to ask us to delete your account.
